Illustrators's Biography
Nahum Ziersch is an illustrator and sports designer living and working from Adelaide, South Australia. Providing work for both Australian and overseas clients, with the majority of his work coming through book publishing. He has illustrated and designed both covers and interior art for numerous junior novels, readers and educational projects. A highlight from the many books was a three book series for NBA star Patty Mills, called Game Day.
He has also worked extensively through the TV and Film landscape, mostly as a Storyboard Artist, with credits in Mortal Kombat, Wolf Like Me, Eddie’s Lil’ Homies and Woody Woodpecker Goes to Camp. From here, Nahum’s work has also flowed into the gaming world, working in numerous roles such as concept artist, background artist and asset designer.
His love of sport has also inspired him to design professional sports logos, team wear and mascots for major National sporting teams, along with the 2007 FINA Swimming Championships mascot design. He now runs his own mountain bike clothing label, called Dead Sailors Society.

Brett was born and raised in South Australia, where he still lives with his wife, two children and dog. He played basketball professionally in Australia and abroad for eighteen years and represented his country at three Olympic Games and one World Championship. Currently, he is a senior firefighter in the South Australian Metropolitan Fire Service and enjoys supporting the community. This is his debut in writing short stories within the Fiction Adventure genre.
